La spiritualité comme fondement du leadership éthique : vers une anthropologie intégrative pour les sciences sociales

Cet article propose un lien théorique entre spiritualité humaine et leadership éthique, affirmant que les deux partagent un fondement anthropologique : la capacité de s’orienter vers un bien qui transcende l’intérêt personnel. À travers une analyse intégrative de la littérature en psychologie, en sciences sociales et en théories du leadership, il explore les dimensions spirituelles – sens, transcendance, relationnalité et responsabilité éthique – comme fondements structurels du leadership transformationnel, du leadership serviteur et du leadership authentique. Les résultats montrent que les leaders dotés d’une spiritualité développée tendent à exercer une influence plus cohérente, humanisante et durable, notamment dans des contextes d’incertitude et de complexité sociale. L’article conclut sur les implications pour le développement du leadership dans les milieux éducatifs, communautaires et organisationnels.
