Humaniser les soins de santé et leur impact sur les patients et leurs familles : une revue scientifique dans les hôpitaux mexicains

L’humanisation des soins hospitaliers reconnaît la place centrale du patient et le rôle essentiel de sa famille dans le processus de soins. Cette revue narrative synthétise les données scientifiques disponibles au Mexique sur l’humanisation des soins et son impact sur les patients et leurs familles. Les études empiriques, les revues et les documents officiels relatant des expériences d’humanisation, des stratégies de communication, la participation des familles et des pratiques axées sur la dignité et le bien-être du patient ont été analysés. Les résultats montrent que l’humanisation des soins améliore la perception de la qualité, la satisfaction, l’observance thérapeutique et le bien-être émotionnel. Des recommandations sont proposées pour intégrer l’humanisation dans la gestion hospitalière de manière éthique et durable (Rivera et al., 2017, p. 210 ; Morales et al., 2018, p. 55 ; Gil-Lacruz et Pérez, 2015, p. 92).
